Program that allows you to define the basic geometry of the tank.
Including:
1. Cylindrical shell.
2. Connical shell.
3. Flat bottom.
4. Torispherical or ellipsoidal bottom.
5. Nozzle.
6. Heating system.
7. Insulation system.
Standards
Program has a built-in database of standard elements and materials.
Including:
1. DIN 28011 - Torispherical bottom.
2. DIN 28013 - Ellipsoidal bottom.
3. EN 10216 - Seamless steel tube for pressure purposes.
4. EN 10217 - Welded steel tube for pressure purposes.
5. EN 10222 - Steel forgings for pressure purposes.
6. EN 10028 - Flat products mad of steels for pressure purposes.
7. EN 1092 - Circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accesories.
8. Insolation system of PAROC and ROCKWOOL.
Report
Program generates a report of the calculations performed.
The report includes each element and consists of:
1. Process data - PS, TS.
2. PED classification.
3. Shapes list.
4. Nozzles list.
5. Heating system list.
6. Insulation system list.
7. Accesory list.
Each element is supplemented with:
1. Sketch with dimensions.
2. Related mass, surface area, volume.
CE validation
Program assesses the category of a vessel in accordance with EU Directive 2014/68/EU.
The assessment becomes part of the calculation report along with the selected module (if there is one within the appropriate category).
Program generates a template of nameplate with the CE mark if the assessment requires such a mark.
